Our experienced and qualified Support Workers can help you with

shopping, cooking, personal care and building your skills to maintain your independence. 

When you are going through a difficult time, it sometimes the small things in life that can make everything seem hard.

 

We work alongside you to develop skills that will enable you to maintain your independence and support while you navigate your choices.  Our team will work with our participants, their families and carers to identify strengths and goals.

 

 Our personalised approach in assisting individuals through service planning recognises that all people are unique and that personal circumstances change over time.

Supported Independent

Living

We assist you with:

 Cleaning and laundry

 Nutrition and cooking

 Personal care (such as showering and dressing)

 Going to appointments

 Medication assistance

 Taking up hobbies, and

 Learning to catch public transport

Community Nursing & Social Care

If you need specialist nursing care relating to your disability, our registered nurses will ensure that you have the skills and support you need to live independently at home.

 

Support for people to engage in their community, attend social engagements, or take part in recreational activities. Assistance with Social and Community Participation is funded by NDIS.

 

We work with what you want and need, the choice is yours.

Whether you need support with joining a social group, outing or holidays, visiting the library, see a movie or concert, go to community events or join a sporting club.
